Excuse my ignorance, but how exactly do you verify the payer_email with a valid payer email in your account?
Thanks,
Nathan E.

It's the "receiver_email" you should check to make sure the payment was indeed sent to your PayPal account. So if your PayPal email is "payments@mysite.com" you need to make sure that: form_field('receiver_email') == 'payments@mysite.com' ; Patrick Breitenbach PayPal, Inc. Just an after thought, how likely is it that there is a problem with the reciever_email address?
Is it just a check to make sure that it has not been tampered with during the post?
Since payment has been completed before the 'email check', would I have to manually refund the buyer if this problem occurred?
Cheers Bruce
