Can I accept a payment on my web site from someone without a paypal account?

Yes, When the customer wants to purchase an item from you, they will be taken to the credit card page on PayPal's secured servers. From there the customer will fill out their credit card information and approve the payment. This will allow them to purchase the product from you and will also set up a PayPal account all in one quick flow. You can then direct the customer back to your web site once the payment has been sent.
