Zebra 2844 Will Not Print UPS Label Options

We have a Zebra 2844 that can print UPS Labels fine from the UPS Software installed on this computer (XP SP2). The printer however will not print UPS Labels properly direct from PayPal. I have read many of the posts and have changed the preferences for the printer in the PayPal Shipping section. I have also installed the latest version of Java, etc... rebooted. Another post stated after changing the shipping preferences, you have to wait several days to a week for the changes to take affect on the Paypal side. Anyway, the label prints out, but is mis-aligned and the bar code never prints. any thoughts?
