IPN is not coming back Options

I am using MassPay API. My code is working with sandbox. But when I switch to live account, it seems the IPN is not coming back. I can see the transactions are completed in my PayPal account. I think it is a configuraiton problem. I went through PayPal help to activate IPN. The IPN url is set correctly too. Is there anything else I should do? It is pretty urgent, any help will be appreciated.
