Can anyone break down the format of the StartDate/Timestamp? 2005-08-27T23:15:53Z (I copied the 'failed' transaction's timestamp to get it working) I don't know what the T and the Z is for... But I'm guessing the format is Year-Month-DayTHour:Minute:SecondZ Also, what timezone is Paypal using? Could someone please clarify, thank you.
